Online Custom Printing is a method of designing publications in which templates are created for specific marketing collateral. In various areas of the template the user has the opportunity to change content and customize it to their needs. A PDF of the document is shown to the user prior to printing that allows the user to approve the proof and send it to the press.
Customized printing is very useful if a sales team is allowed to customize documents for presentations to potential clients. Various types of customization might include:
- An assortment of pictures (sales staff, region specific, product specific)
- A collection of slogans
- Key messages
- Print name of client (using database or input)
